Booking & Cancellation Policies
Availability: Please inquire about availability before making any payment.
Booking Confirmation: Once availability is confirmed, full payment is required in advance to secure your reservation.
Payment Method: Payments must be made via bank transfer (Wire Transfer / Zelle / Local Bank Transfer).
Weather Conditions: Tours may be canceled due to bad weather or any other safety concerns.
In such cases, we will offer to reschedule the trip or provide a full refund.

Refund Policy
100% refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour.
50% refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour.
No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour (No-show).
Safety & Conduct: The captain reserves the right to terminate the trip at any time
if passengers’ conduct is deemed unsafe or violates safety protocols.
